Zune Review: Zune Sharing is not for every Songs!
There is an interesting disclaimer on the Ebgames website. We can read in the bottom of the product description page: “The Zune-to-Zune sharing feature may not be available for all songs on your device, and works only between Zune devices within wireless range of each other.” We knew at launch videos could not be shared, but songs we did not know.
Maybe it only means that a video of a song was not shareable. Or worst, maybe some of the music providers did not agreed on the DRM wrapping and sharing of the Zune and limits the content to a single Zune. The disclaimer is even more suspicious because the product description says that you can "import your music" in your Zune but this time not even a word on the fact that any music wrapped with another DRM system like iTunes won't play with the Zune. To be followed!
Check these other Zune reviews.

Hmmm, this makes me nervous considering I am committed to getting one for my 15 year old son.

Nervous?
I already pre-order my Zune! I'm pretty sure this is a temporary situation. Besides, we don't if a lot of content is going to be affected by that.

Why is this so hard to figure out. Microsoft has made this very clear. There are only two types of music you can play on a Zune: music purchased or obtained from Zune Marketplace; and NON-DRM music you own, like stuff you rip from your CD collection, public domain mp3s etc.
You CAN NOT play Play-for-Sure, iTunes stuff, etc.

enuz,
The disclaimer is not about songs you will not be able to play but songs will not be able to share. It means the songs are in your Zune, you can play them but for some onknown reseaon, you can't share them.
