Get a Free Trial from the Zune Marketplace

Microsoft introduced a free trial for their Zune Pass subscription. The 14 days free trial registration gives the user an unlimited access to the 2 million songs available right now. What we really appreciate is that the free trial registration does not require a credit card. 

The Zune pass is probably one of the strongest advantages over the iPod right now. But the 15$ per month required for the subscription may be a show stopper for a lot of teenagers more willing to download music than to pay a monthly fee. They already have to pay the cellular phone bill every month. That makes me think that Apple may come out with an iPhone next January…that could really mess it up for Zune.
