Zune Firmware 1.3 Finally Released

UPDATE: Cesar (zuneinsider) just confirmed the release of firmware update 1.3. Enjoy!

Tomorrow, March 28, the Zune firmware update 1.3 will be released. Here’s what is included in the update:

1. Content acquired from Zune Marketplace will no longer skip when played on the device.

2. Improved device and software reliability, when it comes to device detection, and improved sync'ing.

3. Changes have been made to the FM Tuner so it no longer drains the battery when in sleep mode.

I'm so happy the skipping issue will be solved. I've been using the Zune with only the content from the Zune marketplace and I'm experiencing a lot of skipping.

Zune Software also upgraded to version 1.3. Already updated mine :)
