New Zune Accessory: Free Your Inner Drummer
This Zune accessory would make a perfect match for anybody that just can't relax while listening to music. Whether you are a hyperactive or just a drummer wannabie, this is for you!
These motion-activated drumsticks allow you to drum along with songs from a connected Zune or similar music device with an audio output. The control module clips to a belt and has a cable for your Zune. Both sticks have buttons that allow you to play combinations of different drum or cymbal effects, including a snare drum, bass drum, tom, floor tom, hi-hat, and crash cymbal. It can also be played without musical accompaniment by using one of the six included background rhythms. Volume and tempo controls allow you to adjust sound levels.
Age required as per the manufacturer? 8 years old!

I am a senior drummer on our high school drumline. Something like this, to me, is a waste of time and money. When you're listening to music, you're listening to music, not making it! I think a product like this (if it's specifically oriented to the Zune) hurts the Zune as a whole. When it comes to actually buying a player, the shopper will more than likely ask others about players out there. If someone brings up this drumming thing, the shopper will probably say one word: "wtf"
