What they really need to work on is responding to e-mail requests. I've already ordered and they still won't give me any info on what level of compatibility there will be between my car and the dock. They haven't even sent me an "I don't know" e-mail to let me know they saw what I asked.

I am still optimistic more out of hope that I can get a zune dock at all than through any comfort that they have given me.

They also need to quick putting "blah will be up next week" messages when the info doesn't make it to the site for a month or more.
