Getting Video Onto the Zune

I haven't got around to trying to put some video on my Zune, but with that great screen, it's just begging to happen.  We've heard that the Zune's software will convert the video to the MPEG-4 format, which is more compressed to allow more video to fit on the unit.  When one user wanted to setup his video to be more "Zune friendly" and minimize the conversion step, it ended up being a bit of an adventure.  You can read the specifics over here.
