MP3 Players That Shaped 2007
I spotted this over on Crave, and the Zune 80 is noted for being a player that shaped 2007's music player business. Most of us that hang around on ClicZune have already figured it out, but it's always interesting to hear another opinion. Here's the relevant section:
Let's face it: the first-generation Zune was released amid plentiful skepticism and criticism and--although it had plenty of redeeming qualities--the Zune didn't really come into its own until the second iteration. The design was slimmed down, the Wi-Fi features were refined and expanded, and the already excellent interface got a refresh. Plus, the player sounds great.
They go on to mention the green flash Zune as well. Maybe this is why Uncle Steve is expected to cut the iPrices.

Wow, so one random website of little importance sung the praises of the Zune, and you are proud of that? That is pretty sad.
But to be fair, you can find just about anything you want on the Net to support your ideas... even if that source is not very credible.
