Zune 80 Makes CNET's Stylish List
Posted by Jonas D
I'm one of those people that looks for substance over style. You know, function over form. I will admit that the Zune 80 is one nice piece of hardware, and still marvel at how good it looks. CNET published a list of their "Six Sleek and Stylish MP3 Players," and this is what they said about the Zune:
On the other end, we have what I like to call "industrial chic." The Microsoft Zune, with its solid construction and muted body paint, falls nicely into this camp. A large screen and brushed metal backside add to the appeal, and don't forget the custom etching option. If that doesn't scream style, I don't know what does.
While I don't always agree with CNET, it's hard to argue with a statement like that.

I thought Zune 80 should of been on the list not the 4 or 8, but then again they wanted something easy to carry and lightweight so i guess thats fine. I thought the Itouch would of been way higher on the list as well like 2 or 3.

I don't know that I can take a style article seriously that includes Oakley Thumps as a stylish mp3 player. That said I do think that 2nd gen Zune players are pretty darn stylish.
