MS Zune: Over Two Million Served

I've been waiting to hear something about the Zune's sales number, as they were flying off the shelves at Christmas time, but I hadn't heard anything after that.  Here's the update  from the folks at TechWack:

Software giant Microsoft has said that they have now sold more than 2 million units of their Zune portable media player.

Zune is Microsoft’s challenger to the Apple iPod range of players and it has had little success in the market.

I know the spin doctors got a hold of this, but they're presenting it a little bleakly.  So the Microsoft folks introduce an unknown product, into a highly competitive marketplace, sell their second millionth unit faster than their first one million, and this is "little success?"  I betcha plenty of other companies would hope for such a level of "little success!"
