Zune Available in Jamaica? Not really!

We were expecting Canada or a European country but Jamaica is the second country where you can buy a Zune. A Jamaican website says the Zune enters the Jamaican market but this is actually not true for now.

It does not look like there are a lot of Zune enthusiasts in the country as people are probably influenced by all the no-so-good reviews of the Zune.

The main reasons invoked by Jamaican website to say the iPod is better than the Zune are design ones. They say the look and feel and the “prestige” of the iPod makes it a better choice for consumers.

I have a zune, I won it at a conference and so I guess that makes me a 'proud' owner; jamaican living in jamaica.

My big problem with the zune is usability... i had to find help pages just to turn the thing off so that i could concerve the battery. It cant charge while off either which is very tedious. lots of other nits... for a company that invests so much in HCI i cant understand why Microsoft isnt getting it right.

Im forced to believe that they are using a test in the field approach instead of investing in the UAT. get the public to test it its cheaper kinda thing!
