New Shower Speaker From Memorex

Memorex is presenting a prototype of a wireless speaker for the Zune. The unit presented is a real prototype with glue all over it but it already looks pretty cool. The unit is light and is waterproof, at least it will be.

This kind of accessory can be really cool but it should be integrated in a full speaker system. It does not make sense to have to move your Zune from your alarm clock to your leaving room docking station to you computer and then put it on the wireless base to take your shower.

Don’t expect the unit to be available before Q3 of 2007.
